Marc M. Orner

Dr. Marc M. Orner has been in private practice in Abilene, Texas for the past thirty years. He received his Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology at the University of New Mexico. He also was awarded a Post Doctoral Fellowship in Clinical Community Psychology at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in Bronx New York.

Dr. Orner has taught in Psychology departments at both graduate and undergraduate levels at several Universities. He taught full time and part time at McMurry University for eighteen years. He is a diplomat in Psychotherapy, as well as a diplomat in Clinical Mental Health Family Counseling.

He emphasizes counseling with individuals, couples, marriage, and family concerns; as well as PTSD issues. Dr. Orner has been recognized as an expert witness in several State Court Systems as well as several Federal Court Districts.
